SWEET RUB SEASONING:
1/3 cup brown sugar (dark or light)
1 Tablespoon coarse sea salt or kosher salt
2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
WHISKEY PEACH BARBECUE SAUCE:
1 cup ketchup or sweet barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Rays Honey BBQ Sauce)
1 cup peach preserves
1/2 cup (110g) brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup whiskey
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 Tablespoons Sweet Rub Seasoning
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 racks baby back ribs
Sweet Rub Seasoning
2 cups Whiskey Peach Barbecue Sauce
2 large peaches (pitted, peeled and sliced) or 1 can sliced cling peaches (in natural juice)
½ cup whiskey
½ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
½ cup peach nectar
8 Tablespoons butter
