Tonight I kept the chicken breasts whole - but you can also butterfly these and have even more Sweet Chili Teriyaki flavor in every bite. After marinating for several hours, these cook up in a matter of minutes, so you'll have dinner on the table in no time at all! And if you are lucky, there may even be some leftover to put on top of a salad for lunch the next day... Serve with some jasmine rice or brown rice, steamed broccoli or carrots....just drizzle this amazing sauce on top of everything! It's got a nice kick to it, but even the little ones love it at our house. I've also cubed the chicken, and skewered with pineapple chunks, sweet pepper and onion chunks, whole water chestnuts, and grilled for nice appetizers for fun dinners. Brush with the Sweet Chili Teriyaki Glaze when you turn these and you'll be in for a treat! During the colder months when it is just too darn cold to cook outside, you can also bake this in your oven. Hope that you enjoy as much as we do!
