This easy Leprechaun Snack Mix makes the perfect treat for St. Patrick’s Day! This sweet and salty snack is packed with all of your little ones’ favorite treats that they will love mixing up with you! Simple and no baking required, with none of the typical chocolate coating - to make eating easy with no sticky fingers! And it’s the BEST Leprechaun Bait we’ve ever used – Leprechauns find it irresistible! Every year we set up leprechaun traps trying to catch that rascal leprechaun! He creates all kind of mischief - messing up toys, leaving green bagels and a trail of chocolate gold coins behind. Legend says that if you catch the leprechaun, he will lead you to a pot of gold, so we take this VERY seriously! From the time that my kiddos were little ones, we have celebrated St. Patrick's Day with EVERYTHING green! I blame my mom for this obsession - she went all out for every holiday, but especially for St. Patrick's Day. She'd hide gold chocolate coins on our pillows and always served an all-green dinner. Through the years I've done the same with my kiddos. Green milk, green mashed potatoes, green pancakes and our favorite Shamrock Shakes - we've enjoyed them all! This is the BEST Leprechaun Bait we've ever used - Leprechauns find it irresistible! WHAT MAKES THE BEST LEPRECHAUN BAIT?
