Flavorful Buffalo Chicken Stuffed French Bread is loaded with our favorite creamy, cheesy and spicy Buffalo Chicken Dip baked right in the loaf, and loaded up with three cheeses that melt into gooey deliciousness! This crazy delicious and EASY appetizer is perfect for parties or game day – and is always the first thing to disappear. Everyone will be begging you to make this! There are so many variations of Buffalo Chicken Dip out there, but this is one of our favorites! I start with a creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip, loaded up with spices and jam-packed with THREE different kinds of cheese. If you love French-bread pizza or the cheesiest cheesy bread, you are going to smile when you taste this! Cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and ranch dressing are the perfect creamy base for this recipe. I use a rainbow of spicy ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, garlic and onion powder to add multi-dimensional flavor. Frank's Original Hot Sauce adds the heat - start with 1/4 cup and add more heat to taste. I add blue cheese crumbles right into the dip for tang, and freshly grated sharp cheddar and mozzarella for mega cheesiness. You can substitute co-jack or pepper jack cheese for any of these - this is truly a recipe for Buffalo Chicken Dip filling that you can make your own! Gather around for slices of decadent warm and spicy Buffalo Chicken dip, spicy and creamy, and melted cheeses just rolling off like lava. This is so addictive that it flies off the table - the perfect party appetizer! For something different you can also mound this Buffalo Chicken Dip on baguette slices or flat bread and pop in the oven until everything is golden and melted. Or load into little slider buns for Buffalo Chicken Dip Sliders. SO GOOD!
