Cranberry Crumble Bars are another family favorite that we hope you will love as much as we do! Shortbread crust is layered with a fruity cranberry filling and topped with shortbread crumbs to create a ridiculously good treat! The deep cranberry color and fruity flavor make these the perfect fall dessert - so good!
When family and friends gather together at our home for Thanksgiving, one of my favorite things to pull together is a Thanksgiving Charcuterie Board – easily customized with cheese, meats, fruits, nuts and crackers already on hand, and each one is a little bit different. There’s nothing better than easy entertaining – and everyone loves this autumn-themed board.
Chocolate and raspberry lovers rejoice! Classic French Silk Pie has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember, but we take it to the next level as Raspberry French Silk Pie with Raspberry Cranberry Sauce!
A silky and creamy rich chocolate filling over a layer of raspberry, drizzled with a decadent Raspberry Cranberry Dessert Sauce and dark chocolate curls - all sitting rather elegantly in a flaky & buttery light crust is almost too good to share!
This easy Autumn Snack Mix makes the perfect treat! It’s that time of the year when the leaves have changed their colors and everyone is making plans to get together. My little ones love to help pick out and mix their favorite treats – we love the salty and sweet taste of this snack mix for football parties, movie nights, Thanksgiving get-togethers, and all season long! It’s irresistible and a sweet tradition we share during the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade.
In the fall, there is nothing more quintessential that Classic Herb Stuffing with Wild Rice, Apples & Cranberries. With deep Minnesota and Wisconsin heritage, we grew up with apple orchards, northern wild rice and wild cranberry bogs, and all are incorporated into many of our family recipes.
To say that our families are very particular about herb stuffing for Thanksgiving feasts is an understatement - our family recipe has been tweaked until it is perfect. And an accidental discovery and secret ingredient makes this Herb Stuffing the absolute best in the world - even people that don't like stuffing gobble this stuff up!
Oh how we love fresh and tangy, garnet-colored Cranberry Curd! You can buy expensive jars of this in the gourmet section of your local market, but it is just so easy to make a fresh homemade batch in your microwave! Super rich, creamy and buttery - this is perfect for filling shortbread cookies, slathered on English muffins, croissants or scones, or as a wonderful filling for crepes and tarts.

I have a confession to make.
I've never been a big fan of sweet potato casseroles. But that was BEFORE I created this fabulous Maple Pecan Sweet Potato Casserole! To be honest, my Thanksgiving group was pretty divided about which was their favorite - the more traditional sweet potato casserole loaded with toasted marshmallows, or this maple, brown sugar and pecan streusel-topped beauty! So, being the brave one (and not just merely the one who prepares them), I tried these. OH.MY.GOODNESS!
Now I understand! And for next year's experiment, I think I'm gonna try baking this in a pie crust. What do you think? It will be my little surprise!
