Who says that granola can't be decadent? I'm pretty sure you won't want to nosh on this for breakfast or brunch, but it is a perfect snack for a party or get together!
Our football teams didn't make it to the Super Bowl, so this year it will once again be all about the commercials and the Super Bowl party!
Once you try my homemade Granola, you will never go back to any other kind! Gloriously flavored with brown sugar, maple and vanilla, the old-fashioned oats and nuts are lightly glazed, chewy and tender - and the cashews add just a touch of delicious crunch.
You can have this baking in your oven in less than 10 minutes, and 30 minutes later you'll be pulling the warm goodness out of the oven to cool down. Mix in some dark chocolate chips, and you are party ready! Dark chocolate chips tend to be a little bit larger than semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips, which make them perfect for this fan favorite.
Hope that your team does better than ours...but we know that our Super Bowl party will be a winner!
Homemade Granola with Dark Chocolate and Cashews joins our Granola shelf line-up. It's a nice addition, don't you think?
