We pretty much have our traditional Thanksgiving pies down pat - and don't dare mess around with those basic recipes much, but it sure is fun to shake things up once and a while with a little change! As a spring rite, as soon as the first tender rhubarb stalks start poking up thru the warm soil we start planning our rhubarb cooking and baking.
