I don't know what it is about this Wild Blueberry & Lime Jam, but it is like HEAVEN! The Michigan wild blueberries are finally in, and they are huge and just BURSTING with color and flavor. I hardly know where to start with these fresh beauties! But this fresh, homemade Blueberry & Lime Jam seems like the perfect place to start! The flavor just jumps out at you and it's love at first bite...we just love us some JAMBERRY! Perfect on warm fresh bread, a toasted English muffin, drizzled on ice cream or a fresh cheesecake, and I've got another tasty little treat I'll be sharing with you that takes full advantage of this luscious and beautiful jam. This is another "refrigerator" jam, that doesn't have any pectin in it. So blasted easy to make, and it's a good thing - because this is a family favorite! So pretty, and it tastes even better than it looks! If you only make one jam this season, please let it be this one! You won't be disappointed!
