 Wake & Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich So I have to keep looking at the calendar and pinching myself! Instead of snowy blizzards and freezing temps, it's sixty degrees outside and so sunny that many around here want to cancel what remains of winter and just move on to spring! I've got doors and windows wide open to get fresh air in the house, the kiddos are out riding their bikes and we've got the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to go explore in just a little bit! I was up at the crack of dawn in order to get a jump on what looks like will be the best Saturday ever! We've got so much we want to do today that I'm hoping that these delicious Wake & Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwiches will hold everyone over from breakfast thru lunch. This is one kind of wonderful!  Grilled Cheese with Eggs, Hickory Smoked Bacon & Bacon Jam Farm fresh eggs, hickory smoked maple bacon, a shmear of Bacon Jam, and lots of ooey, gooey, melty cheese grill up into the BEST breakfast sandwich ever! With all the layers of bacon flavor, these are both hearty and delicious!  Wake & Bacon Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich Tucked neatly between a couple of pieces of thick, grilled and golden bread, and Mama has this all taken care of! These are definitely a two-handed sandwich and they always disappear FAST!  Wake & Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwich This is another family-favorite recipe - and one that I'll add fresh tomato slices and lettuce to later on in the summer months when our garden is growing again.
