Tuna, Egg & Cheese Melt Sandwiches

It has been more than a little crazy at our house lately - everyone seems to be coming and going non-stop! For those types of days, this is a long-time family favorite that everyone loves. Whether it's a quick bite before they head out, or something to pack for a favorite lunch, or a late-night snack, I've given you five different ways to enjoy these wonderful Tuna, Egg & Cheese Melt Sandwiches!

Tuna, Egg & Cheese Melt Sandwich

Party perfect as well - on sliders or Sweet Hawaiian Rolls, warmed up until the cheese is melty...so good! For a light lunch, this tasty tuna, egg and cheese filling is perfect in a cold sandwich or grilled to golden perfection.

I like that it is so customizable. You can use your favorite cheese - cheddar, Swiss, Colby-jack, American - or any combination to your liking. Chopped sweet onion and sweet pickle relish really add great flavor too! Don't you just love flexibility in a recipe?

And for those watching their carbs, this is a protein-packed power treat without the bread. Add some chopped celery or sweet peppers, and serve on salad greens for a healthy and tummy-pleasing lunch.
