This is one of my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipes! These soft, thick and chewy cookies are totally loaded with three kinds of chocolate - white chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and Snow-Caps make them even more special! The cornstarch helps to keep the cookies soft and tender. Easy to make, and you can change up the types of chocolate you add to create your favorite chocolate chip cookie. If you're partial to nuts, you can also add some of those as well. Gotta love a recipe that is this flexible! If you want these to last for more than a day, you'll need to find a good hiding place! The kiddos gobble these up as fast as I can bake them and torture them by waiting until the cookies are cool. But I can't blame them - who can resist a warm buttery cookie with MELTY chocolate - three different ways! Hope you enjoy as much as we do!

Boy these look good! I've never seen snow-caps in a cookie before and love the idea! I'm going to be making these soon!
