It's hard to believe how our television and movie habits have changed so drastically over just the last few years! With such a large family, it is REALLY hard for us to find a time to gather the group, and it is SO expensive for us to take everyone to a movie - add in the popcorn, pop and candy....and it is like going on a mini-vacation! My girls grew up watching Full House - it's part of their childhood soundtrak - and there was growing excitement as FULLER HOUSE filmed and finally rolled out. They have been just giddy watching the entire slate of episodes, and even more excited to hear that a second season has been confirmed. One of our favorite sweet munchies is Soft Caramel Corn - and even more so when you add some cashews to the mix!  Soft Caramel Corn with Homemade Microwave Popcorn This is a easy and delicious treat to whip up in a flash! We make our own Homemade Microwave Popcorn - no chemicals or mystery ingredients for us! Did you ever know how easy it was to make your own microwave popcorn at home - WITHOUT using the pre-packaged varieties? So fast and easy!  Soft Caramel Corn You're in for a nice surprise with this Soft Caramel Corn - it is crunchy, gooey, soft, and just loaded with soft, smooth caramel! This is best if you can eat it right after you make it, while it is still warm and soft. Because it isn't baked, you can make it quick and enjoy it FAST! Leave it soft and gooey all by itself, or stir in peanuts, cashews, M&M's, or your favorite extras. If you have any leftover (hard to imagine), spread it on a baking sheet and pop it in the oven at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, and it will become a more familiar caramel corn - not as soft. but still delicious!
