Skillet S'More Cookie

What is a summer camping trip without S'Mores? This delicious twist on a S'More is not only easy to make, but will cause much conversation about which is better - this fabulous treat or the original?

These are delicious, melty, fabulous. They may become your new camping favorite!

We've tried this several different ways - using a typical chocolate chip cookie dough for the base, which didn't work as well. The tender cookie dough is simple and plain, and bakes up tender and soft.

The chocolate chips and mini-marshmallows are layered on top, and melt into ooey gooey goodness. The graham cracker crumbs dust the top and give this the full flavor of a campfire s'more - only better! You can use your favorite type of chocolate - semi-sweet, dark or milk chocolate - you can even use broken up Hershey bars for authenticity.

Whatever you decide....just decide to make these! Can you think of anything better for a late night snack?
