I think it took me five minutes to whip this up, pop it in the oven for a quick bake, and we were enjoying in less than an hour! This is the best of warm and chewy peanut butter cookies - extra thick, and perfect to share with someone you love! I put the warm pan right on the deck, handed everyone a long-handled spoon, and we all dug in together. The creamy Reese's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream slowly melted over the top, and really gave this a great texture. I use a 12-inch cast iron skillet, but you can use a pizza pan if you want, simply adjust your baking time up or down, depending on the size of your pan. How much fun can you have on a hot summer night, relaxing on the deck, and everyone armed with a spoon? Lots of fun and smiles!
