Good morning friends! I have been saving a VERY SPECIAL treat for you!

Let me introduce Pumpkin Cheesecake with Gingersnap & Pecan Crust - your new best friend!

So creamy, so fresh, so incredible! You won't believe my secret ingredient!

Pumpkin Cheesecake with Gingersnap Cookie & Pecan Crust

Noosa Pumpkin Yoghurt! You won't believe the incredible flavor and creaminess that this wonderful fresh yoghurt gives to a cheesecake! Bursting with fresh pumpkin flavor, and so creamy....I have to buy extra of this new treat just to hide a container or two from the kids, as they have been gobbling up the Pumpkin Yoghurt as fast as I bring it home!

You may think that the gingersnap cookie and pecan crust is perfection - but just wait until you try a bite of this! The combination is out of this world wonderful!

The secret ingredient...Noosa Pumpkin Yoghurt

The pumpkin puree, Noosa Pumpkin Yoghurt, pumpkin pie spices and vanilla provide layer after layer of flavor - way beyond anything you have ever had in a pumpkin pie or any other cheesecake. This stuff is better than anything you can buy at Cheesecake Factory or anywhere else!

I have used the Noosa Key Lime Yoghurt with great success in my Key Lime Cheesecake, so when I saw the new Pumpkin variety, it was a no-brainer!

We top this with fresh sweetened cinnamon whipped cream, and it is also wonderful drizzled with Salted Caramel Sauce just before serving.

Once you try this, you'll be making it as often as I do. I'm thinking that this will make a fabulous addition to our Thanksgiving dessert buffet! What do you think?
