Sear the meat, roast quickly, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap while preparing the Sesame Ginger Glaze. Slice and you are ready to serve a FABULOUS dinner! And not that you are likely to have any leftovers, but they are delicious sliced on in a sandwich the next day, or sliced and cut into strips to serve on top of a fresh salad with sesame ginger dressing.
