This easy take on pork tenderloin marinades overnight. I heartily recommend using ginger paste if you don't have access to fresh ginger root, or if you are in a hurry. You can usually find it in the fresh produce section with packaged fresh herbs and organic vegetables.
Sear the meat, roast quickly, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap while preparing the Sesame Ginger Glaze. Slice and you are ready to serve a FABULOUS dinner!
And not that you are likely to have any leftovers, but they are delicious sliced on in a sandwich the next day, or sliced and cut into strips to serve on top of a fresh salad with sesame ginger dressing.
