Sometimes it is just so hard to choose...buttery tender breadsticks, or delicate layers of soft pull-apart biscuits? Add some delicate garlic & chives, and rich buttery taste, and you have got heaven in a biscuit....or breadstick, or in this case, a wonderfully addictive monkey bread muffin! These are ridiculously easy to make - even the kids can help. Cut up refrigerated Pillsbury flaky buttermilk biscuits, drizzle with melted butter, minced garlic and chives, and add a dash of fresh grated parmesan cheese, and throw in the oven for just a short period of time.
The aroma is fabulous, and the taste is even better. I get rave reviews every time we serve these! Hope you enjoy them as much as my family does!
