 Maple Caramel Pecan Sweet Rolls Do you have a recipe in you arsenal that you can pull out and use as bait or a reward? I've been making these homemade Maple Caramel Pecan Rolls for years now, and I swear, people will do tricks for them! And for a special birthday breakfast or brunch, these are perfection! Ooey, gooey, maple-infused caramel loaded with a boatload of chopped pecans, drizzling down over the sides of warm and fluffy cinnamon rolls. What could be better?  Maple Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns During the summer months, I let this sweet dough rise in a sunny kitchen window - it works perfectly and doesn't heat up the oven! I also love that these can be started the night before you want to serve - the next morning, give them a little time to rise while you're taking your shower, bake for 25 minutes, and you'll be all set! These are really the sweetest, stickiest and gooiest caramel rolls ever! You can see from the photo below just how much they rise and spread! And you just know that all of those pecans and warm caramel are going to be perfect!  Maple Pecan Caramel Sweet Rolls If you're bringing these to a brunch or to work to share, you can also bake them in a disposable foil pan - but be sure to bring extra spoons! I always catch people scooping out the last little bite of caramel and pecans!  Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns A great caramel roll always starts with a great dough - and this one is perfectly soft and pillowy! It's the same base rolled sweet roll that I use for a lot of our favorites, as it really holds up well to nuts, caramel or fruit.
