MAPLE ALMOND GRANOLA
This homemade granola is so much better than anything you can buy at the store, and once you've made a batch and enjoyed the fresh taste, you'll never buy it again. So simple to make - and it's perfect for the little ones to help out with.
The maple flavor is delicate and the granola is perfectly chewy. Slivered almonds are toasted to add just the right crunch and texture.
This is perfect for a healthy breakfast - a quick bowl with some fresh fruit and almond milk and you're all set!
We also like to layer with yogurt and fresh fruit - perfect for the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries that are perfectly ripe right now.
For breakfast or a quick snack, add your favorite dried fruits and nuts - raisins, craisins, dried raspberries, cherries or blueberries, apricots or dates.
These travel well in a school backpack, a backpacking daypack, or even a baggie for a quick snack in the car.
