 Lemon Burst Cookies Every now and then, life gives you lemons. And whenever that happens around here, that means it's time for some LEMON BURST SUGAR COOKIES! These soft and chewy lemon sugar cookies are only for true lemon lovers! Just like a lemon drop, these are the perfect pucker-upper! A kick of sweet and tangy lemon flavor in every delicious tender bite! I'm not going to tell you that these are life changing, but if you love tender chewy sugar cookies, and if you LOVE tart lemon drop candies, you are going to LOVE these wonderful cookies. And I double-dog dare you to only eat one!  Lemon Burst Cookies You may be tempted to hide all of these and not share them...they are so unique and wonderful that I'm always surprised that you don't see them at the bakery. But I'm sharing the secret with you today, and these little cookies are going to shake your taste buds up in the best possible way! We've got a trifecta of lemon going on here - fresh lemon zest, fresh lemon juice, and Rodelle Lemon Extract. You could stop here if you wanted to, because you now have the world's best lemon sugar cookie. But what really takes these tender cookies over the edge is a quick roll in Lemon Sugar - a delicious combination of granulated sugar and True Lemon. If you've never tried True Lemon before, it is a granuluated lemon product that tastes JUST LIKE FRESH LEMONS! No sugar, no artificial sweeteners, no colors, preservatives, sodium or gluten - just pure lemon flavor. As an alternative, you can add a tablespoon of fresh lemon zest to the sugar before the final roll. I was going to call these "Lemon Drop Cookies", but that name really doesn't give justice to just how wonderful these are. The fresh lemon flavor just BURSTS in your mouth!
