 Kentucky Hot Brown Sliders My family loves hot Kentucky Hot Brown's at Kentucky Derby time, but the taste combo is so good that I wanted to come up with a slider version. And you know what? These are just the perfect little slider! I've made these more times than I can count, and I keep getting requests to make them again! One of my summertime tricks is to roast a fresh turkey breast and use it for a variety of meals - a roast turkey dinner, in salads or in wraps. Thick slices of fresh roasted turkey breast are just a natural part of easy and delicious, and the fresh ingredients, melted Swiss cheese and Caramelqued Bacon just take these to the next level!  Kentucky Hot Brown Slider Sandwiches When we're at home I bake these in the oven, but you can also cook them over a campfire or grill if your outdoor adventure takes you that way! Just wrap each sandwich up in foil and heat it up until it's warm. SO GOOD! My gang can never get enough Caramelqued Bacon either, so I usually make this up a pound at a time and store it in the fridge until we're ready to use it. Of course, if anyone discovers my secret stash before I can use it, it does tend to disappear! These little sliders are just the right size for little hands, and it's amazing how fast a dozen of these will get eaten by the handful! And if you're going out boating, to a picnic or a ball game, you can also make these, bag 'em up for the cooler, and eat them cold. Whatever you do, plan on happy tummies and lots of smiles!
