Believe it or not, the Strawberry Balsamic Glaze is also wonderful on ICE CREAM! If that doesn't tempt your taste buds, you can also use this glaze on grilled chicken - it is SO GOOD! The reduction sauce cooks in less than 15 minutes, and I always make it before grilling the salmon, as it will thicken up slightly as it cools, and let's face it, the salmon cooks so fast that you don't want to be rushing around at the last minute. If you want a little "extra" berry flavor, you can also use Raspberry Balsamic Vinegar - it gives it another nice layer of flavor that will keep everyone guessing. This is absolutely the most flavorful and moist salmon you will ever eat - so fresh, and the fresh Strawberry Balsamic Glaze will have you licking your fingers!
