Honey & Maple Glazed Carrots

Ahhhhhh....springtime, sunshine and simple things!

It only takes a few little ones around to remind me that it is always about the simple things. Like Honey & Maple Glazed Carrots - I make these all the time for my kiddos, and it is amazing how fast they gobble them up! Come to think of it, the big kiddos eat these like candy too! Simple, fast, and one of those dishes that doesn't need a recipe - until someone asks for one!

Honey & Maple Glazed Carrots

Sweet carrots, glazed in the most delicious honey and maple glaze you ever tasted! I do recommend using the best balsamic vinegar that you can afford. I adore the tang of balsamic vinegar and love how it plays with the sweetness of the honey and maple in this recipe.

Such a simple ingredient list...but the end result is complex, deep and satisfying on so many levels.

These are a staple on our Easter table, and quick up so fast that they are perfect for a weeknight dinner as well.

For another twist on carrots, another family favorite is my Honey Balsamic Roasted Carrots.
