Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes with Dark Chocolate Irish Cream Ganache & Bailey's Buttercream Frosting

There seriously are times when I wish we could start with dessert! No secret about these - if you are looking for the moistest, most decadent Irish cupcake ever, look no further!

Guinness Draft creates the moistness and really pulls out the chocolate flavor in these cupcakes. Filled with a Dark Chocolate Irish Cream Ganache (which is seriously trouble if you lots of helpers around...) and topped with Bailey's Buttercream Frosting, these should probably be outlawed!

For our annual St. Patrick's Day celebration, we love to decorate these with a variety of Irish sprinkles and golden leprechaun chocolate coins - so much fun!
