 Fried Queso Cheese with Fire Roasted Salsa HOT TIME IN THE CITY! Is there anything better than the Cleveland Cavs or the Cleveland Indians? Both of our teams are ON FIRE in 2016 and 2017, and we're so excited now that baseball playoffs are finally here and that our Indians are taking a run at the World Series again! And as long as we're watching the games, and especially the playoffs, Mama's got to have the perfect appetizers for all these watch parties! And while there's nothing better than Fire Roasted Salsa with fresh chips, this Fried Queso Cheese with Fire Roasted Salsa is no wimp! Ooey, gooey melted cheese with a touch of spice and sweet...all you need is a tall cold one to go along with this. And everyone will be trying to figure out EXACTLY what it is that you put in the seasoning to make these so darn good!  Fried Queso Cheese with Fire Roasted Salsa Back in the day I used to just dip cut-up queso cheese in cornstarch and fry it up, but the crispy-golden crunch is so much better when you add a light dusting of fresh parsley and barbeque seasoning to the mix. This melted wonders only take minutes to prepare. MINUTES! Cut your Mexican white cheese into triangles, dip in egg, dredge in the herbed-breading mix, and fry them up fast and hot. Add some homemade Fire Roasted Salsa for the perfect appetizer and your game is on point! I'm going to be perfectly honest and tell you that it doesn't work too well to make this one ahead of time. But because it's so fast and easy to prepare, that isn't a problem. Nix the idea for bringing this to a tailgate party - these really needs to be served fresh and hot. For a fun variety, you can serve this alongside my Fried Queso Cheese with Wild Blueberry Jam. You'll definitely have a red, white and blue thing going on...and everyone will be seriously happy.
