Fat Witch Bakery Salted Caramel Brownies

Jump back Jose! If you like sweet and gooey, dark chocolate and caramel, this is the treat you've been waiting for!

The Fat Witch Bakery, located in New York City at the Chelsea Market, is a destination for brownie lovers worldwide!

This is my take on their wonderful Caramel Brownies - made all the better with dark chocolate and homemade Salted Caramel Sauce.

Let me introduce you to your new best friend - Salted Caramel Brownies!

And as much fun as a trip to New York City is, it's nice to be able to make a sweet treat for yourself for a rainy day when you happen to be stuck at home!

I have included two separate caramel options - one using my homemade Salted Caramel Sauce (Caramel Silk in a Jar), and for those times when you don't have a jar of this in your refrigerator, a quick ready-made caramel version.

The hardest part is waiting for these to cool before you can cut them up and serve - but it is well worth the wait!
