 Cinnamon Roll Pancakes with Maple Cream Cheese Glaze Who doesn't love ooey gooey cinnamon rolls topped with cream cheese glaze? There are days when there just isn't time to make those, but you still have a cinnamon roll craving. And boy oh boy, do I have the answer for you! These wonderful pancakes are almost as good as real cinnamon rolls! The sweet smell and swirl of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon will remind you of warm and fresh homemade cinnamon rolls. And topped with Maple Cream Cheese Glaze? Gah!  Cinnamon Roll Pancakes with Maple Cream Cheese Glaze These pancakes are almost as wonderful as homemade cinnamon rolls, but are so fast and easy to make! You'll be impressing everyone with your incredible cooking skills when you put a short stack of these in front of them! The Maple Cream Sugar Glaze will slowly melt down over the top of your pancakes - you can start with either a shmear or a drizzle, whatever you prefer. You can also leave off the glaze completely if you want to - these pancakes taste glorious all warm and by themselves, bite after wonderful bite! The awesome swirl of butter, brown sugar and cinnamon is so wonderful! Resist the temptation to start squeezing and swirling right away, and wait until the pancakes are starting to bubble before you add the cinnamon swirl. I have a small plastic squeeze bottle that I use to make these, but you can just as easily use a Ziplock bag and cut off a corner to get the same effect. Gently squeeze onto the top of each pancake in a swirl, starting at the center of the pancake and moving to the outside. If you get to close to the edge of the pancake when you're making your swirl, the buttery brown sugar and cinnamon may run off the pancake. You'll notice that it will bubble up like crazy on your griddle, but no worries! You'll just have a golden cinnamon swirl edge on your pancakes. One trick is to make sure that you wipe your griddle off completely between each batch of pancakes, so that the excess cinnamon swirl doesn't burn on your griddle or attach itself to your next batch of pancakes.
