This is a wonderful change of pace from a traditional cheesecake - and so easy to make! The base is your favorite brownie recipe - and topped with a killer filling of cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream, whipped until fluffy and airy - and then studded with mini-chocolate chips. We typically top this with fresh raspberries or strawberries - but you could drizzle with melted fudge or hot salted caramel sauce if you'd rather. In the winter, it's always a treat to find sweet fresh berries - and you can make this seasonal by creating a "snowflake" of fresh berries on the top. Yum! I usually make this the night before serving, so that the flavors melt together and the filling sets up. Just before serving, arrange fresh strawberries or raspberry on the top and get ready to enjoy - both the Chocolate Chip Brownie Cheesecake - and the "ahs!"
