 Chipotle Orange Glazed Chicken Dinnertime during the week can get to be so crazy! I'm always looking for recipes that meet two requirements: fast and easy to prepare, and something that my family loves! This spicy Chipotle Orange Glazed Chicken is magic! Grilled or baked in the oven, it is so fast to make - from start to finish, you'll have this on the table in under 15 minutes if you grill, a few minutes longer if you bake in the oven - the perfect weeknight dinner for us.  Chipotle Orange Chicken This spicy and sweet Chipotle Orange glaze is the perfect marinade, glaze and dipping sauce. I usually make up batches of 3 or 4 of our favorite sauces at a time, and keep them on hand in the refrigerator. This makes them quick and easy to use as a marinade and glaze, or easy to pull out for a dipping sauce for chicken tenders, egg rolls, spring rolls, or spooned on rice - it also tastes pretty great drizzled on top of a salad if you're lucky enough to have any leftover Chipotle Orange Glazed Chicken!  Chipotle Orange Glazed Chicken The spicy chipotle spices combine with maple syrup (the real stuff - not pancake syrup), fresh orange juice, apricot preserves, soy sauce and Dijon mustard, and after a quick simmer, thickens into the most delicious sauce!  Chipotle Orange Glazed Chicken Fancy enough for company - but perfect for a family dinner as well. The little ones just gobble this stuff up at our house! And its wonderful when something tastes just a great as it looks! I like that you can change it up too - perfect on pork tenderloins or chops too!
