These are a family favorite - even requested in place of birthday cake occasionally! Also great for a crowd, as they are easy to make ahead, and everyone can customize with their favorite fruit topping, sweetened whipped cream, and fresh fruit.
Cooking School Tip: Whenever you use canned pie filling, stir in a tablespoon or two of fresh lemon juice and stir gently - you'll have a wonderfully fresh tasting topping or pie filling.
