With the start of daylight savings time this morning, we were ALL dragging and in need of something to energize us all. With my group, we can never start celebrating St. Patrick's Day too early! Today we kicked off the official start of our favorite GREEN holiday. We made two big pots of Guinness Irish Stew, and for the cabbage portion of our meal we made creamy Cranberry Apple Coleslaw. We enjoyed a baking lessons for most of the girls and a few of their friends by whipping up some Guinness Chocolate Cupcakes with a center of melt-in-your-mouth Dark Chocolate Irish Cream Ganache and topped it with fluffy Bailey's Buttercream Frosting and lots of sprinkles!
