 Barbeque Sweet Potato Fries Lazy summertime nights...makes you want to be a kid again, doesn't it? And for those impromptu get-togethers, it's always nice to be able to pull out a little treat that everyone will enjoy! BBQ Sweet Potato Fries are a family favorite that always make everyone happy - and I love that you can customize this recipe to match not only your favorites, but also those little bits of leftovers that you might have lurking in the fridge!  BBQ Sweet Potato Fries This really isn't so much just a recipe, but a method to my madness. Start with some hot baked sweet potato fries - long and lean, crinkle cut or waffle cut - it doesn't matter! Pile it high with your favorite sloppy joe meat or barbeque shredded beef or pork, top with Caramelqued Bacon or regular hickory-smoked bacon bits. Next, add your favorite shredded cheese - cheddar, Colby-jack, Monterey, Swiss, smoked gouda, American - you get the idea! Drizzle with your favorite barbeque sauce and pop it in the oven until everything melts up...  BBQ Bacon & Sloppy Joe Sweet Potato Fries I'm getting hungry just looking at this photos! This disappeared so fast that it kinda made my head swim - it's not just teenagers that love a fast and delicious treat! Perfect on a hot summer night, with or without a campfire, camping or at home...with root beer or a tall cold one. SO GOOD! Hope that you have a chance to try these real soon!
