And they come with a warning. They have a way of disappearing while you are making them, or waiting for them to chill before serving. I've caught more than a few folks snitchin' these from the counter and from the fridge when they think I'm not looking. But who can blame them?  Bacon & Cheddar Ranch Rollups A healthy little appetizer that is perfect for a party, or simply rolled up and munched on as a wrap sandwich. So simple and good! And if you have a few extra pieces of crispy bacon leftover from breakfast, this is a great recipe! We love these on flour tortillas, but they are especially pretty and flavorful on garden spinach herb wraps. My little ones also get pretty excited when they can be "in charge" of creating something to share with their friends - and this is the easiest and tastiest little snack ever! If you're looking for a healthy appetizer, this recipe is definitely for you! Since I am huge fan of cheddar cheese and I would give up everything just for the said food, I am willing to try your recipe. Bacon cheddar ranch rollups look nothing but healthy that's why I am so enticed to try it and see it if it reached my expectation.
