 Marshmallow Swirled Sweet Potato Casserole My family is kind of crazy about sweet potatoes...but crazy about them in different ways! Every Thanksgiving I end up making two different kinds - my Maple Pecan Streusel Sweet Potato Casserole, and then a marshmallow-topped version for everyone else. And no matter how many marshmallows I pile on top, there are never quite enough. Can you relate?
But the lightbulb went on, and I have created the perfect solution! What about swirling marshmallow creme in between layers of lusciuos brown sugar infused sweet potatoes, and then topping with even more mini-marshmallows?

 Bacon Cranberry Almond Cheese Ball This is the perfect appetizer for the holidays! Not does it taste amazing, but it looks so festive too!
We love the combination of savory and sweet - smoked bacon, creamy gorgonzola cheese, sweet and tart dried cranberries and roasted almonds! And I hope you forgive me if I kinda make my cheese balls inside-out and naked!  Hawaiian Grilled Cheese Oh my gosh....I picked up several warm loaves of garlic parmesan bread at the market this morning, and drove around for a few hours with that incredible aroma just hanging all over my car...I could hardly wait to get home and make something with that bread. It was either that or just start tearing off hunks of it and eat it while I was driving around running errands!
So this was the jumping off point! Canadian bacon? Pineapple slices? Monterey Jack cheese? We are good to go!  Can you believe Thanksgiving is just three weeks from today? Every year the BIGGEST FOODIE HOLIDAY comes faster and faster!
