 If you're anything like me, the second it warms up and the sun is shining, the grill gets pulled out and we start grilling like madmen! After a long winter, there is nothing better than the wonderful smells wafting and smoking from the grill, and I get a secret thrill when the neighbors start shouting comments about how good our dinner smells! And this Apricot Dijon Glazed Salmon doesn't disappoint! This glaze/marinade/sauce is perfection - just the right amount of sweet with a little bit of Dijon kick to it, and one of our absolute favorites!  After his tummy was full, Skipper told me that we could have this for dinner EVERY night...and I do believe he meant it! Even the kiddos were going crazy for the Apricot Dijon Sauce, which is equally as good on grilled chicken, pork chops, or drizzled on rice.  Like so many of my other favorite grilling sauces, I make up a double or triple batch of this and have it ready and waiting in the refrigerator. It is AMAZING how quickly we go thru this stuff! It's also pretty darn good served as a dipping sauce with egg rolls or spring rolls. And I do believe it tastes pretty good on fingers too, if the amount of "finger-dipping" I saw going on is any indicator! Hope that you love this as much as we do! Mama V

It seems that you've had a fun time eating this delicacy. I can't say that I'm intrigued in tasting this. I'm really envious of you, for being able to eat this. I wish that I can a recipe somewhere online. I'd love to try this out for myself in the future. Leave a Reply. |
