HOW TO CRACK AN EGG PERFECTLY WITH ONE HAND:
- With the egg in your dominant hand, place your thumb and middle finger on either side of the egg, with your index finger resting on the top. Having even pressure points help give you an even crack.
- Make sure that your ring finger and pinky finger are cupping the bottom portion of the egg.
- Crack with medium force on a flat surface. You will find that a flat surface (like your countertop) works better than the side of a bowl or pan.
- Pull apart your egg by separating your thumb, index and middle fingers from your ring and pinky fingers.
Voila! You’ve got a perfectly cracked egg, done with one hand.
