If you haven't invested in a digital instant read thermometer for your kitchen yet, now is the time to do so! Once you see how easy these are to use, you'll wonder what you ever did without one! You'll want to make sure that this chicken is cooked to 165 degrees.
I use deli brown sugar baked ham and thick slices of aged Swiss cheese. Drizzle with the Creamy Dijon Sauce, and top with some seasoned garlic butter croutons - and before you know it, dinner is ready!
