Rhubarb-Raspberry Crisp, Rhubarb-Raspberry Pie, Raspberry Jam...the list goes on and on of our favorites, but one of the very best is these delicious Raspberry Crumb Bars!
Other recipes typically use only a jam filling, but I like to add fresh raspberries to the mix. I cook the berries and jam on the stove until the berries are broken up slightly, and then cool down to room temperature before adding to these tender bars.
These is one of my favorite old-fashioned bars to make - and a favorite around here to eat. Hope that you love these as much as we do!
