For three days in a row, they have enjoyed the most delicious glazed chicken ever - we've had it roasted, we've had it grilled, we've had it ka-bobbed, rolled into sandwich wraps, and sliced and put on top of fresh garden salads. To say that it is to die for is a huge understatement!

For moister chicken (especially wonderful if you are using in sandwiches or salads), I usually roast in the oven, basting the sauce over the chicken the last 15 minutes of baking. On the grill, you'll get a thicker and stickier sauce - finger-licking-good! And feel free to use your favorite chicken pieces - tender breasts, thighs or drumsticks are all wonderful!
