Tomato Ketchup is so yesterday! Rhubarb Ketchup is seriously the new thing!
I know, you're skeptical - I was too! But once you have tried this fabulous recipe, you'll be slathering it on top of burgers, and dipping hot French fries and tater tots into this incredibly sweet and savory ketchup like there is no tomorrow!
For those of you that like the tangy sweetness of Rhubarb Jam, you can only imagine how that same sweet tang adds a whole other dimension to plain old tomato ketchup.
We love this incredibly thick and flavorful sauce on lots of things - I'll be sharing more of those recipes later. But in the meantime, you'll want to get a batch of this cooking as fast as you can!
