This family-favorite cookie recipe uses four different Rodelle products - Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa, Rodelle Pure Vanilla Extract or Rodelle Chocolate Extract, and Rodelle Cinnamon. The sugary coating is infused with sweet cocoa and just a touch of spicy cinnamon - unexpected and oh-so-good!

Honestly, these are the easiest cookies ever to make. A quick mix, a quick chill, a quick roll in a delightful sugar, cinnamon and cocoa mixture and then another quick trip to the freezer. Yup! That's what gives these beauties their puffy thickness and the beautiful crackles on top!
