One of our family favorites is Barbeque Chicken & Bacon Dip, and I've lost track of how many times I've made that thru the years. Just for something different, I decided to play around with the recipe to see if I could ramp it up even more. And this new recipe is a doozy! We've enjoyed it twice already, and I know that it will be on the menu for our Superbowl Party as well! Barbeque Chicken Bacon Pizza Dip may very well be the best dip I've ever had in my life!
A thick base of cream cheese whipped up light and fluffy with barbeque sauce, sour cream and ranch dressing, a little garlic and hot sauce - this is good all by itself! But after coating tender rotisserie chicken in barbeque sauce, and layering sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese on top? It just keeps getting better! We love red onion with barbeque chicken pizza, so that's a natural addition. Add some thin slices of green pepper if you'd like. Drizzle with delicate ribbons of barbeque sauce, and bake it up until its hot and bubbly - only 20 minutes wait between you and a hot batch of this!
This is bound to become one of your favorite recipes too! Happy partying!
