If you prefer a smooth sauce, you can strain your fresh raspberries through a mesh strainer to get rid of the raspberry seeds - but it will really cut down on flavor and texture.
This sauce will thicken slightly as it cools, and you can store it in your refrigerator for a week or two - if it lasts that long! I love that I can make batches of this ahead of time and have them waiting to pull out for a fabulous dinner or appetizer.
