An incredibly dark and moist chocolate cupcake - perfect in every way - covered with a delicious double milk chocolate buttercream frosting. You can always stop there....but why not go for the gold and take it to the marshmallow limit?

The double milk chocolate buttercream frosting is perfect in every way - you can use it for a small cake or dozen cupcakes - double if you are baking more! I usually use Ghiradelli Milk Chocolate Bars for the base.
Don't sprinkle these on top of your cupcakes until an hour before you plan to serve - the marshmallows will loose their "crunch" and start to get soggy after a couple of hours on top of the rich Milk Chocolate Buttercream Frosting. Pop them on top right before you put them out to enjoy, and everyone will be happy!
