Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and loaded with English Toffee bits - and at almost $2.00 each, a pricey little treat! It's a good thing that I was able to create my own version of this luscious little cookie! It really is my most favorite cookie in all the world!
So easy to make, but the secret is to make the cookie dough the day BEFORE you want to bake them!
These cookies also freeze well, so if you have a special event coming up, you can make these ahead of time and just pull them out of the freezer the day you want to serve. But remember to hide them well - they seem to mysteriously disappear at our house!
